Vendor FAQ

Vendor applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but spots are limited. We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before the event date to secure your space.
Most vendor tables are 6-foot tables with chairs inside the event venue. Setup access is typically available 1–2 hours before doors open. Specific logistics will be confirmed in your vendor agreement.
Yes — all confirmed vendors and sponsors receive at minimum one social media shoutout prior to the event. Higher-tier sponsors receive dedicated campaign coverage.
For larger sponsorship packages, we can discuss payment arrangements. Contact us directly to work out the details.
